Curriculum is the heart of education.PIS has a curriculum that is integrated which not only concentrates on the academics but also on the qualitative and overall development of every child. It is concept oriented rather than exam oriented. Our classrooms are the nerve center of the activities that are undertaken in shaping and grooming the leaders of tomorrow.
Developing a passion for learning will never let anyone cease to grow in life. The Curriculum aims to make the learner imbibe various skills, assimilate thoughts and be aware of social, cultural and international understanding by achieving the head, heart and mind’s excellence. It aims to achieve the specific objectives of Scholastic as well as Co-Scholastic areas by incorporating skill- based learning, games and sport, art and music and craft work as an indivisible part of hybrid learning. To sensitize the children towards their culture, Art Education comprising of various local art forms, literature and skills, traditional games are included in the routine of the school. The Curriculum deeply affects the academic, behavioral, social as well as mental state of a learner and thus refines him to excellence. It involves various activities which help children to participate, learn and showcase their talents through their developed skills. It fosters to develop a positive attitude and commitment to lifelong, healthy active living and the capacity to live satisfying. Art, Health and Physical education and Work Experience are to be integrated with each other in the Curriculum so as to give the learner an opportunity to develop, connect and apply the assimilated knowledge in their own lives thus contributing to a better place.
